Hello everyone. Thanks for visiting our new website! Since retiring from Walmart this past February, my wife Caroline and I have been staying busy, as we have now settled into our home in Florida. While I miss all of the great people I had the pleasure of working with, I have thought of you often through my writing on our book Relationship First. I have been a little nostalgic as I rehearsed my first meeting and tour with Sam Walton. That moment and the subsequent encounters with Mr. Sam impacted my life and inspired the style of leadership that I would embrace and try to pass on throughout my career. I’ve come to appreciate all the great associates, leaders, friends, my wife, and my faith as I try to translate the attributes and ideas that have shaped my career and philosophy of servant leadership. Each one of you contributed and inspired this passion that has led me to want to write this book. I have enjoyed working on the book and we are on pace to publish some time this fall. I have also been staying busy with school and just this week reached the halfway point of completing my Masters Degree. I will finish my school around December of this year and I plan on starting a college teaching career in the spring of 2015. Thanks again for visiting our website. We will be sharing new excerpts from the book periodically so stop in for a visit when you get a few minutes to spare. In a few weeks, I will also start sharing a blog with a few thoughts on leadership that you may find helpful. Blessings, H

We are pleased again to announce the release of our latest version, 4.1.2.

This version has addressed some issues discovered in the early version 4.1.1 and it is our hope that this will be the last partial update prior to releasing the next featured update to include our Responsive design.
